Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Zepeto AI (hereinafter “Company”) and users regarding the use of the content creation platform service (hereinafter “Service”) provided by the Company, as well as other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • 1. "Service"

    Refers to the AI-based content creation platform provided by the Company.

  • 2. "User"

    Refers to members and non-members who use the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.

  • 3. "Member"

    Refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement with the Company and has been granted a member ID.

  • 4. "Persona"

    Refers to an AI-based content creation profile generated through the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Changes of Terms)

1. These Terms apply to all users who intend to use the Service.

2. The Company may change these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, and any changes will be announced through Service notices.

3. The revised Terms take effect seven (7) days after the announcement. However, if the revision is unfavorable to users, a grace period of thirty (30) days is provided.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services:

  • AI-based persona creation and management
  • Content analysis and tone extraction
  • AI-based content generation and editing
  • Team collaboration features
  • Other services additionally developed or provided by the Company

Article 5 (Membership Registration)

1. A user applies for membership by filling out the membership form designated by the Company and expressing consent to these Terms.

2. The Company shall register users as members unless they fall under any of the following:

  • Applicants who have previously lost membership under these Terms
  • Applications made using false information or another person's identity
  • Cases in which the applicant omits required information requested by the Company
  • Applications made for purposes that violate relevant laws or public order

Article 6 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company strives to protect users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws. The Company’s Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information.

Article 7 (Obligations of Members)

Members must not engage in the following acts:

  • Registering false information during application or modification
  • Using another person’s information
  • Altering information posted by the Company
  • Transmitting or posting unauthorized information (e.g., computer programs)
  • Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  • Damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties or disrupting business
  • Posting obscene or violent messages, images, or audio that violate public order

Article 8 (Restrictions on Use)

1. The Company may restrict the use of the Service in stages (warning, suspension, permanent suspension) if a member violates these Terms or disrupts normal Service operations.

2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may immediately permanently suspend the member for acts violating relevant laws, such as providing or operating illegal programs in violation of the Copyright Act or the Computer Programs Protection Act, distributing malicious programs, or exceeding access rights in violation of the Information and Communications Network Act.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company is exempt from responsibility when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure, such as natural disasters.

2. The Company is not liable for Service disruptions caused by the member's fault.

3. The Company is not liable for any loss of profits expected by the member or damages caused by materials obtained through the Service.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Korean law applies to matters related to these Terms.

2. In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the competent court.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall take effect on September 29, 2025.
